ADRF periodically prepares and publishes monitoring reports of political and legal documents in the field of disability in Albania.  ADRF has been involved in the continuous monitoring of the implementation of the National Strategy for the Persons with Disabilities 2005-2015, and 2016-2020, the Convention of the United Nations for the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), etc.  The constant monitoring of ADRF on the implementation of policies and legislation, researches and different studies, policy documents, press statements, etc aim to increase the accountability of the government at the central and local level, but also highlight  recommendations and proposals for the further improvement of the situation.
